Earthing Screening at The Pavilion

An outdoor screening in partnership with Green Tease / Creative Carbon Scotland

In September 2022 we partnered with Green Tease /Creative Carbon Scotland in an outdoor screening of Earthing films. All twelve films were screened for the first time alongside spoken word responses from poets and presentations from local environmental groups Shrub Hub, Water Witness and Earth in Common in an environmental art action exploring our human relationship with the planet.

The event was funded by Green Tease and supported by local business Bon Accord, Lind & Lime Gin, Vegware and Deca Gram We were hosted by the Pavilion Café whose food share initiative provided food on the night. The event raised donations that were split between The Pavilion’s food share bank and used for buying a freezer and fridge and Stop Jackdow.

The poster was designed by our website designer, new core collaborator and artist Rose Clarkson.

A review of the evening can be found here: https://www.creativecarbonscotland.com/reflecting-on-earthing-project-film-screening/
