Earthing Film

Post-production

Earthing is an ongoing creative collaboration. We continue to learn and evolve, exploring our intrinsic human connection to the natural world, through our sensual, surrealist lens.

A woman dressed in sack cloth and covered in mud. Her right arm is raised with her hand bent over towards her face which is turned sideways, her blue eyes staring off to the side.

We intend to illustrate the yearlong cycle in deeper flow, using previously unreleased footage and the twelve existing films, alongside an expansive original soundscape. This fresh exploration will focus more intimately on the aspects of environment without the human form, looking at seasonal evolution, transition, and amplifying our reliance upon nature. Showing how bewitching the earth’s ability to regenerate remains, and that we can still collectively find a way to halt climate change.

Developing this film will enable us to create multi-sensory installation pieces for multiple spaces, both indoors and out, to screen the film or individual films, their soundscapes, and a previously unseen collection of artefacts, wave form images, photography, paintings, poetry, and hand crafts. We welcome invitations, conversations and collaborations with artists, institutions, activists, galleries, festivals and environmental groups.

Earthing Productions are seeking and applying for post production completion funding. We welcome interest from private investors. Please contact us if you wish to engage with the project, host an installation or invest in the film.
